Oz Trampolines
Oz Trampolines imports 40 containers a year through our services, which saves having someone on the ground in China. Recently in the busy period an issue was discovered with one of the trampolines, in that a hole had been drilled incorrectly which effected 300 units, some of which the customer already had in their possession. Through having a contact in China we were able to resolve this issue within 24 hours with 1 tonne of metal parts being flown out at the factories expense and also paying for the labour here to swap the parts over or to send to the client.
Despite having a 5 year relationship with this factory, the speed of this result would of been hard to achieve via emails. The owner of the factory does not speak English so phone calls weren’t an option.
Hanging Stuff
Hanging Stuff sells clothes airers online and has a supply out of Indonesia, which is not always reliable. We were able to work with Hanging Stuff over a 12 month period to firstly source a factory. Once a factory was found samples were produced and sent to the client to ensure they were happy with the quality. During this process we were able to come up with some improvements in the design and product that has helped sales of the clothes airers.
After the customer signed off on the final product we were able to deliver the first container of the products, all without one visit to China or a factory.
Kings Australia
Kings Australia, approached us to see if they could reduce their costs on certain products they were buying from a third party. The products in question were supplied, a factory was sourced and then samples were made.
We were able to increase the quality of the products and provide a substantial cost reduction to Kings Australia. We have since rolled out these savings into other areas of the business.
